Collect or return the key to your student housing?
Find out where to pick up your key when moving in, and how to return it when moving out. Select your campus below to see what you need to do.

You can pick up your key card or unlock digitally from 1:00 PM on the day your contract starts.

Digital access: Use the Student Sørøst app or My page if you arrive outside opening hours
We recommend that you collect your key card as soon as you can. You can also collect the key on another day after the contract has started.
Return your key 🔑
The key must be returned no later than 10:00 AM on the last day of your contract period. Once you have returned the key, you can no longer use or access the accommodation.
