At our service office at Fagerlund on USN Campus Vestfold (Bakkenteigen) you always meet nice people. Anniken, Nya, Elisabeth, Madelen, Jon and Jannicke, hold the fort and are ready to help you with everything you wonder about student accommodation, the student gym, the counselling service and where the nearest grocery store is.

Meet SSN´s housing and service department! These are the wonderful people you´ll meet when you contact our switch board. The same people (except Signe Mari, sitting to the left with a green jacket) is also available in the service office at Fagerlund, Campus Vestfold.
You can find the service office on the ground floor of this building, which is called Fagerlund.

In addition to meeting the service team at the office in Vestfold, you can also meet or contact Tone. She can help you with everything from problems with your flatmates, to questions about which student association might suit you, or if you need a chat about your student life - whether you struggle with heartbreak or other small crises in life.
In short, most things that concern you as a student - in your life outside your studies.
Those who are involved in student volunteering can contact Tonje Berg Furustad for help and support with association work.

The counselling service has offices on the same floor, with waiting rooms in the inner corridor to the right of the service office.

Pick up/deliver key
Residents at SSN´s student housing in Vestfold can pick up and deliver their key at SSN's office at Fagerlund, Campus Vestfold. When moving out, keys can be delivered to the office or in one of the drop boxes:

Klokkergården:
Marked dropbox by the technical room in the basement in Myra.
Åsgårdstrand:
Marked dropbox by the janitor's room located between Madonna and Pikene på broen.
Kaldnes Brygge:
Marked dropbox by the janitor's room on the ground floor.
Fagerlund Student Housing:
Marked dropbox in the laundry room.

Keys and everything else that is delivered in our dropboxes MUST be put in a named envelope.

Fixed seasonal opening hours
The service offices have reduced opening hours during the winter break, autumn break, in June and July. We are closed during the Easter and Christmas holidays, as well as on all bank holidays.
NB! Please note that if your contract starts on a weekend, bank holiday or holiday, you cannot move in before the next working day at 1 pm. If your contract ends on such a day, you can deliver your key in one of our dropboxes.
